MyHabit by Amazon: CX Redesign

Data driven customer experience should not be taken lightly. Nor should balancing that data driven approach with market relevance and pure gut instinct. Typically, although not in all cases, I like to follow an 80/20 rule. 80% data driven/20% gut instinct (based on realities in the market and educated assumptions). With the MyHabit CX quite outdated we took the initiative to scope, rally and kick-off the redesign project. After much customer analysis, competitive research and lots of productive push-back, this was is the first iteration of where the product landed for mobile-web, APPs and desktop.
